This family’s tweens needed more space, so we gave their basement a revamp. With two new bedrooms (though we didn’t handle the furniture), the focus was on reworking the layout and finishes to create a functional, stylish retreat. We added two modern bathrooms and a light-filled gym, complete with a glass wall to let in natural light. The son’s bathroom, conveniently located off the gym, features a luxurious steam shower the whole family can enjoy. Working closely with the client, we nailed the floor plans and finishes, making this basement the perfect hangout space for their next chapter!
